Mr.Paint Dark Aluminium (a metallic shade)

A metallic lacquer model paint from Mr.Paint in a dark aluminum shade. It serves to imitate natural metal surfaces with a richer, darker cast and suits metal panels, exhaust areas and worn metal surfaces. The paint is lacquer-based, pre-thinned and ready for immediate application with an airbrush; it comes in a volume of 30 ml and has a fine metallic look.

Use

• darker metal panels and areas of natural metal finish
• exhaust areas, engine parts and worn or tarnished metal surfaces
• applied with an airbrush only, usually with no further thinning at a 0.3 mm nozzle
• a metallic paint gives its best results over a smooth, dark or gloss base coat
• clean the airbrush after use with a suitable cleaner for lacquer paints

Who the paint is for

For modelers who imitate the metal surfaces of aircraft, vehicles or equipment and want a darker aluminum shade to set panels apart or to weather them. Metallic lacquer paints show at their best in the hands of more advanced builders working with an airbrush.

A lacquer product is flammable and its fumes are harmful to health. Use it only in a well ventilated space, with respiratory protection (a respirator) and away from open flame. Intended for airbrush application only; keep out of the reach of children.
