About product

AK Interactive Dark Grey (17 ml)

Dark Grey is a dark gray shade from the 3rd generation (3rd Gen) acrylic line of AK Interactive. It is a water-thinnable acrylic with high covering power in a 17 ml dropper bottle. The paint is ready for the brush and at the same time pre-thinned for the airbrush, and thanks to its modern formula it dries less in the nozzle while spraying.

Use

  • Suitable for brush and airbrush
  • For the best results in an airbrush, thin it with the matching acrylic (3rd Gen) thinner
  • Apply in thin coats, ideally over a primer
  • Thinned with water or acrylic thinner, not with lacquer thinner

Who it is for

For modelers of equipment, aircraft and figures looking for a universal dark gray in a modern acrylic for brush and airbrush alike.

A water-thinnable acrylic. Store out of the reach of children; ventilate when airbrushing.

FAQ

It is a water-thinnable acrylic of the 3rd generation line (17 ml). It is thinned with water or acrylic thinner, not with lacquer thinner.

Yes, the paint is pre-thinned for the airbrush; for the best results thin it further with the acrylic (3rd Gen) thinner. It also suits the brush.

The 3rd generation line has high covering power; two to three thin coats over a primer are usually enough.
