DARK STREAKING GRIME

Dark Streaking Grime - enamel streaking effect from AMMO by Mig Jimenez

A solvent-based (enamel) product from AMMO by Mig Jimenez intended for creating dark streaks and dirt. The dark shade suits a wide range of surfaces, where it creates the impression of dried grime running down vertical surfaces. The effect can also add color richness and depth to any part or surface.

Use

• Apply thin vertical lines from the upper part of the surface downward.
• Then blend and soften the lines with a clean brush dampened with the enamel thinner of the same range until a natural transition appears.
• The product is solvent-based; it is thinned and cleaned with enamel thinner.
• Apply it over a thoroughly dried base coat and work in layers.

Who it is for

The effect will be appreciated by modelers of vehicles, aircraft and ships who want to imitate dark streaks and dirt on vertical surfaces faithfully.

A solvent-based product and flammable; work in a ventilated room and keep it out of the reach of children.
