DESERT PINK ZI

Mr.Paint Desert Pink ZI

This is a solvent-based modeling lacquer, not a water-thinnable acrylic. It comes in a 30 ml bottle, pre-thinned and intended primarily for airbrushing. The Desert Pink ZI shade matches the pinkish desert base color of British armored vehicles.

Use

• Spray it with an airbrush straight from the bottle; with a 0.3 mm nozzle it usually needs no further thinning (pressure roughly 10 to 25 psi).
• Apply it in thin coats over a primer; the coats dry quickly.
• Thin it and clean the airbrush with Mr.Paint lacquer (nitro) thinner, NEVER with water.
• Once dry the finish is satin to semi-gloss; it can be overcoated with a compatible clear coat before decaling.
