Eduard 1:48 Handley Page Hampden B Mk.I - TFace Paint Mask Set for ICM is a masking set for building the ICM Hampden model. In the TFace version it covers the glazing from the outside and the inside; it is an accessory for a base kit, not a model.

This is not an airplane model but a masking set from Eduard in the TFace version, made for building the Handley Page Hampden B Mk.I model in 1:48 scale from ICM. It holds self-adhesive, pre-cut masks of kabuki tape. Unlike the basic version, TFace makes it possible to mask the glazing from the outside and from the inside. It is an accessory that calls for a base kit bought separately.
A classic masking set covers the frames of the glazing only from the outside. The TFace version adds masks for the inner side of the glazing as well, so that you spray the frames from the outside and from the inside. The cockpit interior then looks more realistic, because from inside there are no bare transparent areas where a frame should be. The set offers this thanks to a double set of templates.
Stick the inner masks on and spray the interior color before the glazing is fitted to the fuselage. Use the outer masks only at the final painting of the airframe. Always degrease the glazing, press the masks into the corners of the frames and take them off shortly after the paint has dried.
This is an accessory, a masking set, that calls for a base kit bought separately. The model itself, paints and glue are not included in the package.
