Gauge H0 Leaf trees and bushes, assorted, 15 pcs. natural

HEKI deciduous trees and bushes, natural finish, 15 pieces

A set of fifteen finished deciduous trees and bushes from the German maker HEKI. The small trees are in a natural finish, that is without the marked color key the green and autumn variants of the same line have. That is an advantage for modelers who want to fine tune the color themselves, and for scenes where growth is meant to come across as dry rather than fresh. The set is made up of various sizes and shapes, so that a group can be put together from it, not a row of identical pieces.

Use

• groups of trees and bushes on an H0 gauge layout
• the edges of woods, copses and growth along paths
• completing the gardens and yards of model buildings
• a basis for coloring of your own and for adding foliage

How to work with the small trees

The small trees are stuck into a landscape or glued by the foot of the trunk. Before you settle them permanently, set them out dry and check the view from the place you look at the layout from; a group of trees looks different close up and different from a distance. Taller pieces belong at the back and at the edge of a wood, lower ones at the front. Anyone who wants to unify the set in color with its surroundings can top the crowns up lightly with foliage flakes on a thin layer of glue.

Who the set is for

For builders of layouts and dioramas who need a larger number of trees at once, and for modelers who like to fine tune the color of growth themselves. This is a modeling material, not a toy. The maker marks its landscaping goods as not suitable for children under fifteen years of age.
