A foliage mat from the German maker HEKI measuring fourteen by twenty-eight centimeters. The covering has the shape of small leaves, so close up a crown does not look like colored foam but like foliage. Medium green is the most universal shade of the whole group, because it matches leaf in full season, that is how most deciduous trees look from June to September. It is therefore the material you will reach for most often when building a growth.
Tear a piece off and stretch it out to the sides until irregular gaps arise in it, then lay it onto the framework and fix it with drops of super glue or white glue.
