A glue for scatter materials in a green version. It is used in the same way as the colorless variant: it is applied to the surface and the scatter is sprinkled into the layer while it is still damp. The difference lies in the color of the glue itself. Where growth does not cover an area completely, a green tone shows through instead of a pale surface, so a grassy area reads as more of a whole and no pale veil appears in it. The package holds 200 ml.
Free the surface of dust and spread the glue with a flat brush in a continuous layer over only as large an area as you can cover before it starts to dry. Sprinkle the scatter from a small height through a sieve and press it down lightly, so that it catches along its whole underside. Once dry, tap the loose pieces off or vacuum them carefully. You will achieve denser growth with two or three thin rounds rather than with one heavy layer. The data on thinning, the drying time and the cleaning of tools are given in the manufacturer's instructions.
The green shade helps only where greenery is meant to be. On gravel, on roads and around buildings, reach for the colorless variant instead, or a green cast that does not belong there will show through the area. Apply the glue sparingly, so that it does not run into track or onto finished paintwork, and leave the edges of the growth irregular. Clean the brush straight after working.
For builders of dioramas, layouts and display-case bases who make large grassy areas and do not want the surface showing through them. Scatter materials and the surface are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
