The package holds two hard construction plates from the Dur range, each measuring roughly 50 x 25 centimeters, with a raised relief of a rubble stone wall made up of irregular stones. This is a solid building and facing material for modeling, not a kit. The relief is intended for the H0 and TT sizes and suits larger areas of wall and facade. The plates are rigid, hold their shape well and are easy to paint.
The hard plates are cut with a saw, or scored and snapped, and glued to the supporting structure. Rubble masonry benefits from a gray to earthy base, a pigment wash into the joints and a dry brush to pick out the projecting stones. Irregular shades on individual stones will make it realistic.
This is a building and facing material. Paints, glue and other parts are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
