This injection-molded plastic kit captures one of the most widespread jet fighters in the world in the small 1:144 scale. The parts carry finely engraved panel lines, and the model has a landing gear and external stores. The small scale and the low part count make the kit a rewarding project for a single evening and a good way into building aircraft. Decals for finishing the model are included.
The F-16 is an American single-engine multirole fighter with a distinctive aerodynamic layout and a bubble canopy that gives an excellent view out. Thanks to its agility, reliability and low operating cost it became the backbone of many air forces around the world and it still serves in a number of upgraded versions today.
Glue the small parts with thin cement for plastic and go carefully so that it does not flood. The panel lines come into their own after airbrushing and a light accent with a wash. Finish the cockpit and the landing gear before the final clear coat and settle the decals onto gloss varnish so that no silvered edge remains.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
