The Aber 1:32 armament set for the German Me 109 fighter in the E-3 to E-9 versions is a metal detail accessory with turned barrels that replaces the plastic armament with faithful metal parts.
Responsibility details are not available.
A metal detail accessory from the Polish firm Aber, not an aircraft model. The set contains turned metal armament parts for the Messerschmitt Bf 109 versions of the E series, specifically the E-3 to E-9, in 1:32 scale. It includes elements of the MG 17 fuselage machine guns and the MG FF wing cannon that replace the plastic weapons on a model.
The Messerschmitt Bf 109 of the E series (Emil) was the main German fighter in the opening phase of the Second World War. The E-3 to E-9 versions carried a combination of MG 17 fuselage machine guns and MG FF wing cannon, or armament adjusted according to the sub-version. Faithful barrels raise the realism of a model markedly.
Cut off the plastic barrels, drill the openings in the parts and glue the metal pieces in with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Degrease the metal before painting and cover it with a primer. The metal parts can also be soldered where needed.
This is a finishing accessory for a plastic model. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
