1:32 Brown jersey (modern) (Wing Captains, Wing Line Leading Petty Officers) (4 pcs) is a set of four figures of flight deck personnel in brown jerseys in 1:32 scale from Reskit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set of four figures captures the contemporary crew of an aircraft carrier flight deck. The number of pieces is given directly in the name, so there is no doubt about the scope of the set. The 1:32 scale is among the largest in which models of combat aircraft are built, and figures in it carry markedly more legible detail than in the usual 1:48 scale.
On an aircraft carrier deck the color coding of the jerseys works as immediate information about who is who. Yellow belongs to directing aircraft movement, green to the catapults and maintenance, purple to refueling, red to ordnance. Brown jerseys are worn by the personnel assigned to a particular machine, who take it over, check it and hand it to the pilot. That is exactly the group this set captures, which makes it a logical addition to a model of a carrier aircraft on a stand or at the moment of preparation for launch.
The colored jerseys carry the whole effect, so keep them rich and clean; too much dirt would make the coding hard to read. Add contrast with dark trousers, a vest and ear protectors. The deck under the figures, on the other hand, should not be spared: stains, scuffs and tire marks will give the scene credibility. Place the figures so that each one is doing something different, because four people standing the same way give the set away at first glance.
