1:32 De Havilland Mosquito FB Mk.VI (for Tamiya 60326 marking A52-518)

Omask masks 1:32 De Havilland Mosquito FB Mk.VI

A set of precisely shaped self-adhesive masks intended for the De Havilland Mosquito FB Mk.VI kit Tamiya 60326 in 1:32 scale. The masks serve for the clean and quick painting of the frames of the glazed cockpit; the form is tied to the particular finish of the machine with the fuselage marking A52-518, so they also make it easier to apply the national insignia and codes without needing decals.

Use

• Peel the mask off the backing and lay it precisely on the frame of the glazing or on the area intended for the markings.
• Press the edges down carefully, so that paint does not seep under them.
• Apply the paint with an airbrush or a brush in thin coats.
• Lift the mask off while the paint is still fresh, in a pull at a slant to the surface.

Who it is for

For modelers who want crisp transitions of color on the cockpit and accurate placing of the markings without laboriously cutting their own templates.

It is an accessory for a plastic kit, not a model of an aircraft. Paints and the kit are not included in the package.
