Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut them off the casting blocks and clean them up. They are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Cast wheels look more faithful than plastic parts, and in the weighted (flattened) version they give a model standing on the ground a realistic impression of weight.
