This set brings a miniature fire extinguisher in 1:35 scale from the Czech manufacturer Firma49. The parts are made in resin by high-resolution 3D printing (SLA) and serve as a diorama accessory, not as a model in its own right. They are an ideal complement to a military or a civilian scene, a garage, a workshop or a vehicle interior.
A fire extinguisher is one of those small props that make a diorama believable. Set beside a vehicle, on the wall of a building or at a work station, it immediately creates the impression of a lived-in, working environment. The fine printing captures the shape of the cylinder and the operating parts.
Wash the print resin residue off the resin parts before gluing and let them dry. Carefully remove the print supports and clean up the surfaces with fine sandpaper, using respiratory protection. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue. Apply a primer before painting, then the shade itself in acrylic or lacquer according to your technique, and finish with a light patina.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
