Responsibility details are not available.
A plastic figure set in 1:35 scale from the manufacturer Bronco. The package holds five figures of the British crew of an anti-tank gun of the Second World War. The gun itself is not included in the package. The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted as injection-molded parts on sprues with very fine surface detail.
The name PHEASANT was carried by the British 17-pounder anti-tank gun mounted on the lighter carriage of the 25-pounder, in other words the stopgap 17/25-pounder weapon used in North Africa and Italy. The crew is shown in period tropical and field uniforms, some in shorts and some in long trousers, in the poses of a commander, a gunner and loaders. The set suits dioramas of the fighting in Tunisia, Sicily and Italy.
Cut the parts from the sprues and clean up the fine mold parting lines. Glue them with liquid cement for plastic and apply a base coat before painting. Sand and khaki tones suit the tropical uniforms; bring out the recesses with a dark wash and highlight the edges of the gear with a dry brush.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
