An injection-molded plastic kit of the early German medium tank Pz.Kpfw.III Ausf.B in 1:35 scale from MiniArt. Besides the tank itself, the Special Edition contains crew figures, photo-etched parts and a well-worked interior. The model is intended to be glued and painted.
The Pz.Kpfw.III Ausf.B was one of the early pre-production variants of the German medium tank Panzer III of the late 1930s. It differed from the later versions above all in its suspension with large road wheels and in the layout of the running gear. Only a small number were built, and the machines served mainly for training and in the early campaigns.
First finish and paint the running gear and the interior before closing up the hull. Glue the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue. For German gray use opaque shades over a primer; build the patina with washes in the recesses and pigments for dust and mud effects on the chassis.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
