Responsibility details are not available.
This is a photo-etched detail set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard in 1:35 scale. It contains parts for refining the exterior of the German Sd.Kfz. 166 Brummbär heavy assault gun, that is fine features of the superstructure, the fenders, the clamps and the fittings. It is not a vehicle model, but an accessory that replaces the simplified plastic parts with more faithful etched ones.
The Sturmpanzer IV Brummbär (Sd.Kfz. 166) was a German heavy assault gun of the Second World War on the chassis of the Panzer IV tank, armed with a short 150 mm howitzer intended to destroy fortifications and to deliver devastating fire in urban combat. The massive armored superstructure offers plenty of room for detailing.
The etched parts are separated from the fret, shaped with tweezers and bonded with super glue. The fine elements are fitted gradually as the hull and superstructure are built up. Careful painting and weathering with dust effects are recommended for a three-dimensional look.
This is a photo-etched accessory for refining a model, not a stand-alone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
