This injection-molded plastic kit captures the German heavy wheeled armored car Sd.Kfz.234/2 with the enclosed Luchs turret. It is an interior kit, that is a model with detailed internal equipment. In 1:35 scale from MiniArt, it holds photo-etched parts, clear parts and decals for two options. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Sd.Kfz.234/2 belonged to the family of German heavy armored reconnaissance cars with all-wheel drive from the end of the Second World War. Unlike the open versions it carried an enclosed rotating turret with a cannon, which made it a fast and well-armed reconnaissance vehicle. The enclosed design protected the crew and allowed fighting on the move.
Because this is an interior kit, first build and paint the inside of the hull and the turret, and only then close the armor up; the hatches can be left open. Attach the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue. Lift the interior with a wash and a dry brush, lay the external camouflage on with an airbrush over a primer and fine-tune it with pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
