About product

Omask MiG-21F O-max mask set (for Eduard), 1:48

This is a set of painting (masking) masks for the MiG-21F kit from Eduard in 1:48 scale. It is not a kit and not a model of an aircraft but an accessory that makes painting easier. A set of the O-max range usually combines masks for the cockpit glazing with further elements for covering areas while spraying.

Use

  • Precise covering of the cockpit (canopy) frames before painting
  • Protecting the wheel bays and other places against overspray
  • Sticking the mask down, spraying the paint with an airbrush and then lifting it off for a clean transition
  • A saving of time compared with masking by hand with tape

Who the set is for

For modelers building the MiG-21F from Eduard who want sharp paint edges and clean frames without lengthy hand masking. Suitable for the moderately advanced as well.

This is an accessory for the base kit. Paints, glue and the model itself are not included in the package.
