This is not an aircraft kit but a resin, 3D-printed detail accessory. The set brings a complete cockpit interior for the American LTV A-7D Corsair II attack aircraft in 1:48 scale. In the basic edition the instrument panels and surfaces are handled with pre-printed, self-adhesive 3D decals that are applied to the printed parts and spare you the laborious painting of tiny instruments.
The A-7D was the land-based attack version of the Corsair II operated by the US Air Force. Its cockpit differs in equipment from the carrier versions and on a model with the canopy open it is one of the most visible parts.
Wash the print resin residue off the parts and separate them from the print supports. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); wear respiratory protection while sanding. Apply the 3D decals to a clean, degreased surface; spray the basic cockpit shades beforehand and the decals will add colored, legible panels.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
