The real subject

The F-15J is the Japanese form of the single-seat F-15 fighter, introduced with the Japan Air Self-Defense Force and built in Japan under license. It serves above all to defend the airspace over the islands, that is the task for which the original aircraft was designed. The designation of the early form refers to the earlier production machines, whose cockpit is still equipped with the classic set of round instruments, not with the later screens.

What the set contains

Application tips

• Varnish the base first, let it dry thoroughly and degrease it; the elements hold only on a smooth, clean surface.
• Pick the elements up with tweezers, seat them dry and press them down with a soft tool so that they settle into the corners as well.
• Keep an eye on the version: the set is aimed at the early form, and the instruments of the later machines look different.
