Omask masking plugs for the landing gear bays of the F/A-18E/F and EA-18G 1:48 (for Meng)

A set of shaped masking plugs intended for a model of the American carrier-borne fighter Boeing F/A-18E/F Super Hornet and its EA-18G Growler variant in 1:48 scale from Meng. It is not a kit and not an accessory to be glued on but a modeling aid for masking: the soft shaped plugs are simply fitted into the open landing gear bays, fill them completely and protect their insides against overspray while spraying. Once the paint is dry the plugs are taken out without residue.

Use

• Press the plug into the appropriate landing gear bay so that it fills the whole bay and is flush with the surrounding surface.
• Spray the primer and the top color around the bays without laborious taping.
• Once the coat is dry, pull the plugs out carefully and the inside of the bay stays clean in its original color.
• With careful handling the plugs can be used again.
