This injection-molded plastic kit from Bronco captures the Chinese single-seat J-10 fighter, specifically its J-10A version, in 1:48 scale. The model reproduces the slender fuselage with its tailless layout and canards, the finely engraved surface and the cockpit, and it is intended to be glued and painted.
The J-10 is a single-engine multirole fighter of Chinese design with the aerodynamic layout of a delta wing and canards. It is distinguished by good agility and serves for air-to-air as well as air-to-ground tasks. The J-10A version is the single-seat production variant; the type carries the name Vigorous Dragon.
On the plastic use liquid cement. Finish the cockpit and the nose gear bay before you close the fuselage. A primer coat, an airbrush for even coverage and fine shades and, if need be, a varnish compatible with the paint used under the decals are recommended. The engraved panel detail can be accentuated with a thin wash.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
