Flyhawk battleship Bismarck 1941, 1:700 (Deluxe Edition) is a detailed plastic kit of the German battleship, equipped with photo-etched parts, metal gun barrels and resin accessories.
Responsibility details are not available.
A plastic kit of the famous German battleship Bismarck as she was in 1941, in 1:700 scale. The Deluxe edition adds photo-etched parts, turned metal gun barrels, copper wire for the masts and resin parts to the basic plastic molding, so the model can be built to a high level of detail straight out of the box. It is the full hull version.
The Bismarck was the lead ship of the Bismarck class of the Kriegsmarine and one of the largest battleships ever built in Europe. She entered her combat career in 1941, when during Operation Rheinübung she took part in the sinking of the British battlecruiser Hood and was then herself sunk after being hunted down by the British fleet.
The hull can be built as a full hull; glue the photo-etched railings and the fine parts with super glue. Pre-shading the deck, thin washes in the recesses and pigments for weathering all work well. The model shows to good advantage on a stand.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
