The set contains four 3D-printed resin AIM-9P Sidewinder missiles in 1:72 scale from Reskit. It is an accessory for superdetailing, not an aircraft model in its own right. The parts capture the shape of this version of the missile and the fine detail of its surfaces faithfully.
The AIM-9P was an improved version of the infrared Sidewinder missile derived from the AIM-9J series. It was built in larger numbers and supplied widely to allies, thanks to which it served on many types of fighter around the world.
Wash the parts, separate them carefully from their supporting structures and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Sand with your airways protected. The missiles are fitted to the matching pylons, the joints are filled and the whole is sprayed. Paints, decals and pylons are not included in the package.
