Responsibility details are not available.
A set of unpainted plastic figures in 1:72 scale from the manufacturer Italeri. The package represents British infantry from the period of the Napoleonic Wars and the battle of Waterloo in 1815. The figures offer a range of fighting and marching poses and are supplied unassembled and unpainted.
At Waterloo the British infantry became famous for its firm defensive squares, which withstood repeated cavalry charges. The soldiers were armed with Brown Bess flintlock muskets and their uniforms and headgear of the early 19th century were distinctive. Formations of this kind formed the backbone of Wellington's army.
Glue the small plastic figures with modeling cement and clean the joints up sensitively. For 1:72 scale thin coats of paint and restrained picking out of the uniforms, straps and equipment work well. The set combines well with other figures of the same scale into larger dioramas and battle scenes.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
