This resin, 3D printed accessory set contains four CBU-97/105 cluster bombs. It is not an aircraft kit but accurate external stores with which you equip a model of a tactical or strategic bomber you have already built in 1:72 scale.
The CBU-97 is an American cluster bomb with sensor-fuzed submunitions meant against armored vehicles. The CBU-105 version adds a guidance kit for a more accurate release. This armament is carried by aircraft such as the F-15E, the F-16, the A-10, the B-1B, the B-2 and the B-52.
Wash the parts to remove print resin residue, separate them from the print supports and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Cluster bombs are usually painted in light gray or olive shades with colored identification bands.
The set contains resin parts only. Paints, glue and the base model are not included in the package.
