The surface is finished in color with a three-dimensional textured effect and is ready for display.
The base is a light board of extruded PVC roughly 5 mm thick with a pre-printed surface with a satin sheen that resists UV light. The Type 4 variant adds another runway layout to the series of NATO airfields, so varied airfield scenes can be put together.
This is a stand-alone display base. The model, paints and varnish are not included in the package.
