Quinta Studio 1:48 lights, hatches and panels for the Il-2 (single seater) is a set of colored 3D decals that brings out the lights, service hatches and panels on the exterior of a model. The decals are made for the Zvezda kit.

A set of colored 3D decals from the manufacturer Quinta Studio in 1:48 scale. It is not a kit but an exterior detail accessory meant for a model of the Ilyushin Il-2 ground attack aircraft in the single-seat version. It holds elements with raised relief and color printing that imitate the position and landing lights, the service hatches and small panels on the surface of the airframe. The parts are shaped to fall exactly onto the matching places on the model.
The Ilyushin Il-2 Shturmovik was a Soviet ground attack aircraft of the Second World War, famous for the armored bath protecting the pilot and the engine. The single-seat version was the early form of the machine, later joined by a two-seat form with a rear gunner.
3D decals are thicker than ordinary ones and do not take softeners, which would attack their relief. Transfer them onto well dried gloss varnish and fix them with thin PVA glue. On the clear lights the effect comes out on a smooth, glossy base; it is best to finish the surrounding areas before applying the decals.
This is an accessory for a model, not a kit. Glue and paints are not included in the package.
