This is a resin accessory, not an airplane kit. The package contains four faithful replicas of the modern Israeli Rafael Python 5 air-to-air guided missile in 1:72 scale. The parts serve to arm models of the fighters that carry this missile realistically and replace or supplement the often simplified armament from the base kits.
The Python 5 is an Israeli short-range air-to-air guided missile with infrared guidance and the ability to engage targets off the boresight of the carrier. It is among the most modern weapons of its category and is carried by a number of machines, for example the Israeli fighters of the F-15 and F-16 families, the Kfir, the Pakistani JF-17, the MiG-21 and the Mirage F.1. The set thus suits models of these aircraft well.
Wash the parts to remove mold release and separate them from the casting blocks. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). We recommend painting the missiles separately before mounting them on the pylons. Protect your airways while sanding.
The set contains resin parts only. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
