This is an aftermarket detail set, not an aircraft model. The package contains 3 pieces of a 3D-printed replica of the German Revi 12 reflector sight in transparent material in 1:72 scale. The parts replace the simplified rendering of the sight from a plastic kit and add fine, scale-accurate detail to the cockpit.
The Revi (Reflexvisier, meaning reflector sight) was the standard reflector sight of German fighters of the Second World War. It projected a light reticle onto an angled glass, so the pilot could aim without squinting into a telescope. A faithfully made sight is one of the most striking features of a cockpit even in the tiny 1:72 scale.
Separate the fine parts carefully from the print supports and sand the surfaces down. Glue the transparent parts with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) spot by spot, so that they do not fog. The clarity of the glass can be brought up by polishing or with a thin coat of gloss varnish; the body of the sight is painted separately before it is glued in.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
