A plastic kit of the Soviet T-34/76 medium tank in the 1941 production configuration, in 1:72 scale from the Ukrainian maker UM (UniModels). The model is supplied as injection-molded plastic to be assembled and painted, and it captures an early wartime version.
From the moment it entered service, the T-34 became one of the most significant tanks of the Second World War. The 1941 configuration belongs to the early production versions with a welded turret and a 76.2 mm gun. The combination of sloped armor, wide tracks and a powerful engine gave the tank high mobility as well as toughness, and it took the enemy by surprise at the start of the fighting on the Eastern Front.
Finish the running gear before you close the hull. A primer works well, then a uniform Soviet protective green with an airbrush, washes in the recesses and dust or mud pigments, which will bring out the running gear and the lower hull.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
