Firma49 towing cable ends, German Second World War vehicles, 1:72 is a resin (3D-printed) set of towing cable eyes for models of German vehicles.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a resin, 3D-printed detail set of the ends, that is the eyes, of the towing cable that German military vehicles of the Second World War carried. It is not a vehicle model but an accessory with which you can replace coarse plastic ends with a fine, faithfully rendered substitute even in the small 1:72 scale.
The modeler adds his own very thin cord or wire to the ends and so creates a realistic towing cable stowed on the bed or the fenders of a vehicle. In a small scale a tiny detail like this looks particularly effective.
Wash the print resin residue off the parts and cut them carefully from the print supports; work with tweezers on the miniature parts. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Glue your own thin wire into the eye of the end, spray the whole thing a metal shade and weather it lightly.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The cable, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
