Vallejo Model Color Amaranth Red FS31400 is an amaranth red with a reference to the American FS standard: a water-thinnable acrylic in a 17 ml bottle.
Responsibility details are not available.
Amaranth red, a deeper red tone shaded slightly toward pink, from the Model Color line of the maker Acrylicos Vallejo. The name refers to the shade FS 31400 of the American Federal Standard color coding system. The water-thinnable acrylic in a 17 ml dropper bottle has high opacity and a flat finish.
The shade will serve builders of military vehicles and aircraft who work with references of the American standard, as well as figure painters: amaranth red is striking on uniforms, accessories, flags or civilian machines. It suits anywhere an ordinary bright red would look too harsh.
An acrylic water-based paint without aggressive solvents. Let the coat dry thoroughly before applying further layers.
