About product

Green Stuff World Candy Ink Quartz Magenta

Candy Ink is a semi-transparent acrylic ink with bold color and gloss. The Quartz Magenta shade serves as a color filter that tints the base without covering it completely. It is not a covering paint. It comes in a bottle with a volume of 17 ml and can be applied with a brush as well as an airbrush.

What it IS and what it is NOT

  • IT IS: a semi-transparent tinting ink for intense color effects
  • IT IS NOT: a covering paint; on its own it will not cover the base
  • ideal for metal surfaces, gems, glass, lights and visors
  • it dries quickly to a smooth glossy surface

Use

  • apply over a silver or metallic base for a candy lacquer effect
  • layering increases the richness of the shade
  • use an airbrush for an even application and a brush for detail

Who it is for

For painters of figures and modelers who want bright semi-transparent effects on metallics, glass and glossy surfaces.

This is a semi-transparent tinting ink, not a covering paint. Store closed and out of the reach of children.
