A resin set of launchers and pylons for a Su-35S model in 1:48 scale from the Russian brand Temp Models. These are the parts on which the armament under the wing and under the fuselage hangs and from which it is launched. A plastic kit usually simplifies them; printing in resin manages the guide rails and the small locks as well. It is not an aircraft kit but an armament accessory.
The Su-35S carries armament on a large number of stations and the make-up changes markedly with the role. Short-range rockets hang on rail launchers, heavier medium- and long-range missiles are released by ejector launchers under the fuselage and under the air intakes. The real aircraft therefore has several different kinds of mounting beneath it, which on a model tends to be simplified.
Release the parts from the supports over a working surface and level the mating faces on abrasive paper on glass. Wash the resin in lukewarm soapy water before painting. Spray the pylons separately from the airframe and fit them only once they are painted. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue applied in small drops.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
