The wheel set for the Su-34 1:32 is a 3D printed resin set of landing gear wheels for a model of the Su-34 tactical bomber in 1:32 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin 3D printed set replaces the landing gear wheels of a model of the Su-34 in 1:32 scale. The wheels show the deformation of the tire under the weight of the aircraft. Alongside this set the manufacturer also lists a form for the later machines, so choose according to the production batch you are building.
The Su-34 is a Russian two-seat tactical bomber derived from the heavy Su-27 fighter, with a crew sitting side by side in an armored cockpit. Because of its high take-off weight each main landing gear leg carries a pair of wheels set one behind the other, which is an unmistakable identifying feature of this type. On a machine standing still the tires are clearly settled and bear the marks of service from the concrete surface. This detail does the most for a finished model.
First wash the 3D printed parts in warm water with a little dish soap, so that they are rid of the residue of printing resin. Cut the supports off with a sharp blade or a fine saw as close to the part as possible and sand the marks down with your airways protected. Resin does not bond with cement for polystyrene, so use cyanoacrylate glue. Lay a thin coat of primer on before painting, otherwise the paint holds poorly on a smooth print. Fit the weighted wheels so that the flattened part of the tire sits on the surface, otherwise the model does not stand naturally.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
