A matte, heavily pigmented, opaque water-thinnable acrylic paint from the Model Color line, supplied in a 17 ml dropper bottle. This is a modeling paint, not a kit — nothing is built from it; it is used to paint models, figures and accessories. Model Color is a thicker paint developed mainly for brush application: it covers well, dries quickly and forms a smooth, self-leveling film. For an airbrush it must be thinned (with water, or an airbrush thinner or flow improver) — unlike the Model Air line, it is not ready to spray straight from the bottle. The shade matches standards FS30051 and RAL8027.
Leather Brown is a medium-dark, warm leather brown — it is primarily a leather and gear color. If you are after a darker, richer brown for shading and dark earth, Chocolate Brown belongs to that role; the versatile matte brown for mud, earth and weathering is Flat Brown; and the reddish-brown for ship hulls below the waterline is Hull Red. For webbing, bags and boots on figures, Leather Brown is the right choice.
For figure and historical character modelers, diorama builders, military equipment builders, and anyone who needs a reliable leather brown for a brush — and, once thinned, for an airbrush too. Shake the bottle thoroughly before use and apply the paint in thin coats.
Safety note: ensure good ventilation and protect your airways (a respirator) when spraying. Avoid contact with the eyes. Keep out of the reach of children.
