Vallejo Model Color Light Grey FS36375 / RAL 7001 is a water-thinnable flat acrylic in a light gray, in a 17 ml dropper bottle. This is a modeling paint, not a kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
A light gray from the Model Color range - a thick, heavily pigmented water-based acrylic that the manufacturer formulates above all for the brush. It dries flat and evenly and covers even on a dark undercoat. Package: a 17 ml dropper bottle. It thins with water or the manufacturer's thinner, not with solvents. A modeling paint - it is not a kit and not a model.
For this paint Vallejo declares two standards directly in the name: FS 36375 (the American Federal Standard) and RAL 7001 (the European industrial standard). FS 36375 is the light gray of the low-visibility schemes of modern combat aircraft - typically the undersides and the lighter surfaces. That is exactly why it is worth reckoning that you will not finish a scheme with this shade alone: a low-visibility finish rests on the contrast between the light gray and a darker counterpart gray, which has to be obtained separately. Thanks to the equivalence with RAL 7001 it also suits uses outside aviation - on light gray civilian and industrial features, accessories and dioramas.
For aircraft modelers who work with a brush and need a standardized light gray, and for anyone who can use a neutral light gray for mixing and for touching up.
Ensure ventilation and protect your airways while spraying. Keep out of the reach of children. Shake thoroughly before use.
