Panel Line Accent Color - Dark Grey

Tamiya Panel Line Accent Color – Dark Gray

This is a ready-made, immediately usable wash on an enamel (solvent) base in a dark gray shade. The color comes in a practical bottle with a brush in the cap and serves for weathering and bringing out details, not as an opaque paint.

Use

• shake the bottle well before use, the pigment settles to the bottom
• with the brush you apply the color next to an engraved line and, thanks to capillary action, it flows into the recesses by itself
• once dry, wipe the excess away with a cloth or a cotton swab lightly moistened with mineral spirits
• it works best over a smooth gloss varnish, which prevents unwanted bleeding

Who it is for

For modelers who want to bring out panel lines, rivets and shadows on aircraft, vehicles and ships quickly and cleanly without having to mix a wash from paint and thinner.

Contains an organic solvent (mineral spirits) – use in a well ventilated space, out of reach of children and away from open flame.
