Long tips are exactly what you need when the part being fitted lies deep down: in a cockpit, between road wheels or behind a wall that is already glued in place. Your hand stays further from the model, so it does not block the view and there is no risk of leaning on fresh paint. These tweezers belong to a line of precision tools in which the individual pieces differ in the shape of the tip according to the kind of work.
Do not use the tweezers as a lever; the long tips easily go out of alignment and then no longer meet. When the tips stop touching, straighten them by pressing them gently together on a flat surface, not by bending them over an edge. After working with glue, wipe the tips, because dried cyanoacrylate will bond them together and peeling them apart will take the surface finish with it. Put the tweezers down so that the tips press on nothing, ideally in a stand or on a soft mat.
The tool is intended for modeling use. The tips are sharp, so keep them out of the reach of children.
