P-51D/K Mustang - Simply Masks 1:48 (HGW)

A set of self-adhesive masks from the Czech brand HGW, from the Simply Masks range. It is NOT an airplane model but an accessory for the build: precisely cut masks that make it easier to spray the frames of the bubble canopy and the other glazing of a North American P-51D/K Mustang model in 1:48 scale.

Use

  • Stick the masks onto the glazing along the frames and mask off the exposed areas.
  • Spray the frames with an airbrush or a brush, and lift the masks off once they are dry.
  • The result is sharp, straight lines with no hand outlining and no paint running under.

  • Modelers who want clean canopy frames without laborious masking.
  • Builders of the Mustang in the D/K version in 1:48 scale.
  • Beginners and advanced modelers alike with an eye for quality painting of glazing.
