Je to vedoucí loď celé třídy — podle ní se jmenuje 175 postavených torpédoborců třídy Fletcher, nejpočetnější třídy torpédoborců v dějinách.

V měřítku 1:350 vychází délka zhruba 33 cm (dopočet z rozměrů skutečné lodi). Je to velikost, která se běžně vejde do vitríny.

Obsah balení jsme nedokázali spolehlivě ověřit u výrobce. U lodních modelů obecně platí, že zábradlí a schůdky se často dokupují jako samostatná leptová sada — doporučujeme s tím počítat.

Rozhoduje velikost, cena a prostor. Fletcher v 1:350 je menší (kolem 33 cm) a dostupnější; Stevens v 1:200 od Trumpeteru je zhruba 57 cm dlouhý, detailnější a dražší.
