1:72 B-25 Mitchell - 3D-Printed Engine Set (2 pcs) is a pair of 3D-printed engines for a B-25 bomber model. The set is cut for the Airfix kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
An add-on set of two 3D-printed engines for a model of the American B-25 medium bomber in 1:72 scale. It is not an aircraft model but a replacement part. The set is cut for the Airfix kit. The same maker also offers an identical set for the Hasegawa kit, and because the two differ only in this, you need to know which one you are getting before buying.
Cut the print supports away with a sharp blade or a fine saw as close to the part as you can and sand the rest off; do not snap them. The printed material is hard and brittle, so work without pressure. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue. Before painting, wash and degrease the parts and lay down a base coat. A radial engine comes into its own when an ignition harness of thin wire is added behind the cylinders and a dark wash is run between the fins.
The set holds the engines only. Glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
