The Titans Hobby riveting tool serves for creating regular rows of rivets on the surface of plastic models. The set contains three interchangeable toothed wheels 15 mm in diameter with spacings of 0.35, 0.40 and 0.45 mm. The larger diameter of the wheels makes it easier to run them smoothly along longer straight and gently curved surfaces. The wheel is run over the surface of a part and presses fine, regular riveting into it.

Use

• Fit the wheel with the spacing you want and run it with even pressure along the line, ideally against a straightedge or a template.
• Try the technique and the pressure out on an offcut first.
• The larger wheels suit longer straight surfaces well.
• Sand off any burrs left after riveting.

Who it is for

For advanced modelers who want to restore or add fine riveting and need several spacings in one set. The interchangeable wheels give freedom in choosing the density of the rivets.

The spacing and the diameter of the wheels are parameters of the tool, not a model scale.
