Sun Yellow Primer

Vallejo Surface Primer Sun Yellow

The sunny yellow primer from the Surface Primer line is a water-thinnable acrylic-polyurethane primer that prepares the surface of a model for paint. It forms a firm, self-leveling matte film with outstanding adhesion to plastic, resin, metal and wood, and at the same time it does not hide fine detail. It comes in an 18 ml bottle with a dropper, is water-based, non-toxic and odorless. A yellow primer is ideal beneath yellow, orange and other warm covering shades, giving them brightness and saturation and reducing the number of coats needed.

Use

• Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
• It is applied above all with an airbrush, a brush is possible too, in thin even coats.
• If need be it can be thinned further with a suitable airbrush thinner; it dries quickly into a hard matte film.
• Let it dry properly before applying covering paints.

Who it is for

For modelers who need a dependable primer with good adhesion and at the same time a colored base beneath yellow and warm shades.

Safety notice: water-thinnable acrylic-polyurethane, non-toxic, free of solvents. Keep out of the reach of children and ventilate when airbrushing.
