A set of four metal balancing weights measuring 25 x 9 mm from the Polish manufacturer Aber. They serve to be hidden inside a model as it is built, where they add mass exactly where it is needed: most often in the nose of aircraft with nosewheel landing gear (so that the model does not sit back on its tail) or for stabilizing vehicles and bases.
This is an auxiliary modeling material, not a paint and not a kit. Handle the metal parts carefully and keep them out of the reach of children.
