The name places it among the shades of French army vehicles, and the AFV suffix places it in the group devoted to armored and wheeled vehicles. It is thinned with water, so no smell of solvents arises during work and the tools are cleaned without any special products.
Always shake the bottle so that the pigment at the bottom is mixed in. It goes onto a brush almost unthinned, but it is better to cover areas in two thinner passes. For an airbrush, thin it with water or acrylic thinner and spray in thin coats, so that the engraving stays legible. Large green areas look better when, once dry, you lighten them slightly with a lighter tone in the middle of the panels and, conversely, darken them at the edges. Keep the washes and pigments that follow for the end, after a clear coat.
For modelers of modern military vehicles and for everyone who builds French vehicles and is looking for a shade from a coherent acrylic range with good mixability. A beginner with a brush and an advanced modeler with an airbrush can both handle it.
