This is an electronic accessory for lighting models and dioramas, not a kit. The package holds miniature LEDs about 1 mm in diameter in green, each with pre-soldered wires and a series resistor, so they can be connected to a source without further calculation. The diodes are commonly supplied in a set of ten pieces.
Suited to modelers and builders of dioramas who want to add working lighting to a build without soldering their own resistors. It is a good idea to insulate the joints of the wires with heat-shrink tubing.
Keep to the correct polarity and the recommended source voltage; reversed polarity or overvoltage will destroy a diode. A power source is not included in the package.
